Managing Consultant of Oakwood Green Capital Ltd charged with the responsibility of strategically positioning the firm to achieve its corporate objectives. Prior to this, he was the CEO of First Atlantic Bank Limited, where he tripled profits before tax over a three-year period. He is an astute and seasoned banker with over 23 years experience and a comprehensive understanding of doing business in Africa. He has been well exposed, during the course of his career, to strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, credit, relationship management at both corporate and retail levels, balance sheet management, proprietary trading, cash management and structured trade.

Over the course of his career, he has held various key Management and Executive roles including CEO of Africa for United Bank for Africa Plc, a Pan-African bank with operations in 18 African countries, acquiring vast experience in dealing with policy makers, key industry leaders, and regulatory agencies locally, regionally and internationally. Prior to that, he was also the CEO of UBA Ghana Ltd, where he steered the bank to unprecedented profitability. He has held diverse senior management positions at Ecobank Nigeria Plc, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Capital Bank International Ltd.

Gabriel is a corporate turnaround expert, having engineered turnarounds in seven UBA operating subsidiaries including Ghana and First Atlantic Bank Ghana. These turnarounds have usually involved restructuring the lending portfolio to improve profitability and crafting strategies to improve balance sheet management.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.

Laurence Okonne

Head, Trading

Laurence is a seasoned treasury consultant with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He previously worked at First Atlantic Bank and United Bank for Africa, holding several managerial positions. He holds an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Administration. 

Anazodo Nwakanma

Head, Business Development

Anazodo has over 15 years of industry experience with specialization in risk management, global trade as well as business development. He previously held senior/executive positions at First Atlantic Bank, United Bank for Africa as well as Access Bank. He holds an LLB in Civil Law from the University of Lagos

Catherine Yamoah-Alloh

In-House Counsel

Catherine Alloh is a Corporate Lawyer who holds a law degree from the London South Bank University (LLB; 2000) and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2002 (BL). She also attained a Master of Science Degree in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London (International Programs) in 2017 and appointed a Notary Public of the Republic of Ghana in 2017. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and has benefited greatly from management development programs in the areas of company secretarial and corporate governance, credit management, corporate finance, detection of fraud within financial institutions, resolution of international trade disputes and alternate dispute resolution, among others.

Cynthia Beleyel Eryuo

Head, Africa Trade

Cynthia is a consummate professional with over 10 years of experience in accounting and banking with a specialization in trade services. She previously worked for SG-SSB Ghana Limited, First Atlantic Merchant Bank (Ghana), Turnbull Rutherford Solicitors (UK) and Hays Specialist Recruitment (UK), She holds a master degree in Finance.

Mishael Offei

Head, Advisory 

Mishael has extensive experience working on various divisions including  Merges and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring Advisory and Strategy Consultancy. He previously worked with Omega Signature as the company’s Chief Executive Officer as well as Omega Advisors as an associate. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Ashesi University.

Frederick Asante Awuku

Head, Risk Management


Frederick has over 29 years of experience attained at various banks including: Universal Merchant Bank Limited, Bank of Africa (Ghana) limited, Intercontinental Bank Ghana,  Standard Chartered  Bank (Accra Ghana) and United  Bank of Africa. He holds an MSc in Mathematics and  Actuarial science, University of Waterloo Canada .
